Nature of Dreams Erotic Symbols Dream Interpretation What Does It Mean? More Dreams

apparently our subconscious thinks we should have to do a little homework to find out what it truly wants us to know

In some cases, dreams of sex can also be a response to mounting pressure. This can be pressure from family, friends, school, work, or anything else. Sex dreams often involve sexual release, or the desire to achieve sexual release, and this is often a metaphor for the needed release of real life pressures. Recurring sexual dreams when you are under a great deal of stress should be taken as a sign to take a break, even a small one, to let some of the pressure off of you for a time.

It is also important to note that virtually everyone has erotic dreams. There is a story of a saint who had shunned the pleasures of the world, including sex, who was hounded by recurring erotic dreams. There are a number of symbols that can have sexual meanings. The meaning of a symbol often depends on what is going on in a person’s life. For example, dreaming of a valley or canyon can in some instances indicate illness, but often it is a representation of femininity and female sexuality.
